I have been working at CIT full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I think experiences will vary based on your department like any company but I like the small employee appreciation events this company throws as well as the way the company tries to keep employees aware of happenings in the corporate officer level. This company offers great benefits including it's paid paternity leave policy.

    Cons

You have to be proactive about growth but I think that's the case most places.

    Advice to Management

Keep investing in your employees and we will keep working hard!

I worked at CIT full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Extremely flexible approach toward call handling: no call length requirements. If you can find a creative way to explain a customer's situation to them, and it resolves the situation, take your time.

    Cons

Not much opportunity for advancement if you stay in the call center, but it's a tight group, and it's reliable $46k cashflow if you can meet your metrics.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any advice to provide. As I have yet to represent any managerial position, I can't make any recommendations.

I worked at CIT (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Excellent team of professionals. Work atmosphere is professional yet cordial. The company develops those employees who really shine.

    Cons

Employees that shine must be proactive about their careers and push for organizational changes to facilitate their development. That said, the company can be quite flexible when it truly values the employee's contribution.
