I have been working at CIT full-time

    Pros

They are relaxed on breaks and such. No time keeping system. End of year bonus if company meets expectations. You can carry over all sick days and at least 1 week of vacation.

    Cons

Terrible benefits. The health insurance is so expensive and they do not have an option without a deductible. They have recently lowered the 401k match to 4%. The maternity leave is 6-8 weeks for a normal birth and 12 weeks for a special or difficult delivery. Only 2 weeks of vacation. Pay is semi monthly

    Advice to Management

    Better benefits!!!
