I worked at CITYMD full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great Hours, Great Staff, Great Support, Stability, Loyalty, Growing Company and Growth Within the Company. If your looking for a Great Place to work and you have what it take (compassion, dedicated and hardworking) Apply to CityMD Dr. Parks is a awesome person, He may be CEO but a CEO who cares about his patients and staff. He will go above and beyond and he's not just a name, you will have a chance to meet him at some point in your employment and learn to love his passion for the company as well.

    Cons

Sometimes the hours are set and not flexible but seriously I wouldn't say it was a Con, there are many ways to rearrange your schedule with other employees and able to give up a shift if it just doesn't work for you. Also the management are flexible and understanding.. Management will help cover your shift if there was ever a issue.

    Pros

It's a great place for gaining medical experience, especially for pre-med or pre-PA students.

There are not a lot of opportunities to move up the ladder in the company from the medical scribe position.

    Pros

Great place to start. Easy workload, mostly extremities and chest x-rays. Work isn't very demanding.

    I worked at CITYMD full-time

    Pros

CityMD provided firsthand experience working with doctors and in high intensity medical situations. It was a great place to see out-patient visits.

    Cons

There were 12-hour shifts and little prospect of advancement in the workplace. Some of the members of upper level management were not helpful.

I have been working at CITYMD

    Pros

Great place to acquire medical knowledge and exposure, especially for those interested in studying medicine someday (e.g. premed students)

    Cons

The pay is not that great compared to the workload. No disrespect to any profession, but a cab driver or barber makes a lot more per hour.

I have been working at CITYMD part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great place to gain experience in the healthcare field. My site has a very supportive assistant manager who is the go to for any and all issues. The opportunity for over time seems unlimited once you log into your company email. Snacks in the breakroom! Work 4 days a week. complaints.

    Cons

12 hour shifts, but you get 3 days off which gives you time to have a life! Open late compared to other medical facilities but it is urgent care so manage your expectations accordingly.
