      Pros

      - gaining hands on medical experience -getting experience working in a fast-paced medical environment -learning medical terminology -hopefully working with a good staff

      Cons

-extremely low pay -long hours -if staff is bad or slow it will be a bad 12 hour shift -rude physicans/PA's -when doctors are rude , nobody including the managers will tell them something -rotate the staff too much -Managers have extreme favoritism and will promote people they like -time off must be approved and sometimes they won't approve it even when dates are given months before

      Pros

Healthcare industry experience for your resume... that’s it, nothing else.

      Cons

Where do I begin??? Long hours, mandatory checking/responding to emails and phone calls even if you are on vacation (yes, you read that right), primadonna physicians, no HQ support when it comes to staff issues- you are told to basically let your staff run wild and walk all over you as HQ doesn’t want to deal with any of your problems. There is no feeling of job security either, you’re just a number to the company that can be removed and replaced on a whim. This place is a far cry from the company I had joined. They are all about the money, they don’t care about you or anyone in your office. Apply at your own risk.
