    Pros

CJ bio is a good place to work that offers Fair wages and excellent opportunity for advancement.

    Cons

Sometimes it's hard to communicate clearly with management due to the language barrier and lack of interpreters. Cjbio s a company based out of Seoul South Korea.

    Advice to Management

Need to work on better communication with the American side of the company.

I worked at CJ Corporation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Health Benefits
    - 401K
    - Lunches are paid for

    Cons

    - Lack of communication from upper management
    - Lack of clear cut direction
    - Office politics: self-serving manager(s) who are just trying to put in their 1-2 years and seek better jobs elsewhere
    - High turnover rate due to lack of communication, direction and office politics (literally 3 of 3 people on my team, including myself, left the company within the 8 months I was employed)

    Advice to Management

Those who kiss the very instrument that produces fecal matter, do not always make the best employees.

I worked at CJ Corporation full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Interesting work, it never gets repetitive, very busy all the time with various projects, company outings for bonding

    Cons

Stiff environment, management has terrible communication (we don't read minds, if you want something done tell us straight up, not beat around the busy), no official vacation time (you get less than 1 day off for every month you work), long long workdays (officially 9hrs, but the majority stayed behind to past 10-11hrs each day because there was a lot of work).

Would I recommend this company to a family member or a good friend? No way.

    Advice to Management

    Learn how to communicate better

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. The employees are on the frontline day and night and can have great and innovative ideas to improve production and reduce costs.

    Pros

They didn't overload me with work. The work environment for me was fairly good.

    Cons

The pay for the summer job came in about a month and a half after the actual event had taken place. The HQ is in South Korea so i couldn't get ahold of them.

    Advice to Management

Getting to the event on time should be one of the critical factors that the management should consider. Many of the managers did not arrive at the scene on time.
