I worked at CLEAResult full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Interesting & challenging work - Work from home flexibility and good PTO policies -There are some GREAT individuals. Really smart and hardworking while often overlooked -Learn ALOT because you are on your own. Adding this to both pros and cons because I was able to add IT work, project management, regulatory reporting and several other skills to my resume that normally I wouldn't get in this role. I mean I literally built data dictionaries and source files for new software programs. No I have literally no experience in IT.

    Cons

If you are regulated to worker role, you will be overloaded with work. Imagine being the literal analyst, IT project manager, program manager with direct reports, marketing and operations all at once. Not managing tasks involved in the process, but actually having to do the work of each for triple the number of programs for which you were hired. Now add-in you still get paid what you were offered, but the workload is at 60-70 hours. Promotions often go to favorites and not the best qualified. Sexism and racism are a clear issue. You will find both working there and also a subculture of exclusiveness where they only like and promote very specific types of males. Although you may speak, no one will actually listen unless the client vocalizes an issue. Reactionary vs. Proactive. Extremely hard place to remain in a healthy happy mental space depending on your immediate coworkers and whether you fit the "mold" for the people most promoted. You will eventually burnout. So even though there can, depending on the role and program, be a good work-life balance you won't enjoy it.

    I worked at CLEAResult full-time

    Pros

The people I met and worked with day to day were nice, usually pretty sharp, and invested in their work. Culture around the office was solid. I did honestly enjoy my time at CLEAResult.

    Cons

Based on stories I've heard that predate my time + my own account, I can't see how people would faith in the leadership group (especially after massive COVID related layoffs). The c-suite is a revolving door with a new CFO seemingly every other year, being reminded when a CSO and other higher level management roles are interim, and others didn't give me a ton of confidence in those calling the shots or the perception / direction of the industry as a whole.

I worked at CLEAResult full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

401k - 3% match Excellent Aetna health plans Company phone Company computer Mileage reimbursement Excellent hours Monthly staff meetings Independence Tenured employees including upper-management, mid-management, and HR are all a pleasure to work with. RES as a whole is an exceptionally pleasant group.

    Cons

My lead made my job difficult, was seldom helpful or present, often uncommunicative, and made me fear asking questions. On more than one occasion I felt as if I would lose my job if I called upon them for assistance. There were several people in my position that felt this way about the person in questions as well as a host of office staff members who were uncomfortable with their demeanor.

I have been working at CLEAResult full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Only thing keeping me here is being able to work from home and the wonderful client we work for. It honestly feels like our client cares more about us than CLEAResult.

    Cons

Let me first start by stating that the 20% pay decrease for all salaried employees is disgusting. This 20% decrease is NOT on a sliding scale and their reasoning for not doing so was because they "don't want to make any assumptions about people's salaries" (not an EXACT quote but the first part is spot on) I'm sorry, but when you have a CEO who is only taking a 20% pay cut along with someone making LESS THAN $45,000 there is a huge issue. And also...if I'm making less than $45,000 ASSUME AWAY...the 20% pay cut is awful for many people but it is absolutely mind boggling to me to issue this cut for anyone making less than 50K. My next issue - where in their rules does it define what job title should be salaried vs. hourly? A program specialist should certainly not be considered salaried. I'm so sick of these business meetings where they tout their company values. Nobody cares. How about you start caring about the employees doing all the work for you. You know the ones who don't get paid enough for doing all the extra work that gets piled on them. Oh...we're going to add a new program for you to run, but we aren't giving you any additional pay, have fun! It's garbage. And that's only the tip of the iceberg believe it or not. HR is a joke. IT has been better this year but can sometimes still be a struggle. Finance....ooof. The list goes on...

I have been working at CLEAResult full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great coworkers work as a team to get the job done.

    Cons

Management is actively reactionary. They would rather wait for a problem to surface than take a suggestion to prevent it from happening. Decisions are always put off to another time, until it’s too late, then everything stops and everyone else has to get it fixed. Then management throws the workers under the bus in front of the clients.
