I worked at CLIC Sargent (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly staff, good prices and while I worked at the Barnstaple branch they also sold wedding dresses that were one off from catwalk models which were at reasonable prices.

    Cons

There are no downsides to working at Clic Sargent.

    Advice to Management

Keep up with good work and hope you continue to work hard at raising awareness and funds for children and young people with Cancer and leukemia.

    Pros

Such a friendly and fun work environment, very rewarding place to work, and some travel with the job was involved

    Cons

I was an intern so I did not get paid so I'm not sure about the salary, compensation or benefits

I worked at CLIC Sargent full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very friendly, great cause, and excellent vision.

    Cons

Some of the organisation's processes were a little frustrating and internal communications needed improving. I found departments didn't work together well, particularly fundraising and marketing.

    Pros

It's fun and you are doing something that really matters to people. You get to make a difference in lives every day.

    Cons

It is a pretty big company with offices all over England, do at times it seems like you are a little bit disconnected.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing and trying to improve the brand and the communication. Find more major donors to keep build Home from Homes.
