I worked at CLP Resources full-time

    Pros

Salary Benefits were acceptable. The location of my job was in Tempe. Meetings daily to discuss updates.

    Cons

The lack of teamwork was scary. Very high turnover and unusual work environment. Saw a lot of abuse of time off and altered work schedules among employees in most departments.

    Advice to Management

    Treat contractors more fairly.

I worked at CLP Resources full-time

    Pros

Lots of demanding work with regular hours. The outdoor work was invigorating and the project was a big plus for environmental concerns.

    Cons

Below freezing temps and deep snow made some days uncomfortable to work without gloves as detailed hardware assembly was absolutely required.

    Advice to Management

Better followup with emplyees between contracts would be nice.

    Pros

    -great guys, very personable
-they do their best to find you constant work
-there's always work if you're willing to travel and if not then there is usually enough local work to keep you busy
-every other guy I've worked with from CLP has been chill and they create a good work environment
-WILL NOT MAKE YOU WORK WHEN YOU DON'T WANT TO AT A JOB YOU DON'T WANT TO
This is probably the greatest part about CLP. They are very understanding and they know that sometimes bosses can be dicks. If you tell them your boss is unbearable or put you in an unsafe situation, they will get you out of there and find you new work ASAP.
They take care of their guys.

    Cons

I've been with CLP for two months now and I've worked on 7 different job sites (all within 20 miles of my home--some as close as two miles away) and of the 7 bosses I've had only one has been difficult to work with. That'd probably be my only complaint, that there's a chance you'll have a horrible boss sometimes.

    Advice to Management

Nothing, really. Keep doing what you guys are doing. Much appreciated, thanks for the opportunity.
