    Awesome Benefits, opportunities to advance, friendly environment, the management team is very friendly and open, they really care about their employees

    Cons

    not a lot of opportunities for overtime, salary range is a little low

    Pros

    Benefits are fantastic. Gym in the building. Along with a cafe for purchasing breakfast/lunch.

    Cons

    Lack of growth without degree, lack of advancement without previous supervisory experience. Even with 10 years with the company, was told my lack of degree and lack of supervisor experience kept me from becoming a supervisor. At the time, there was no such thing as a team leader position in my department and other team lead positions were filled within those departments. In the end, there was zero room for me to ever advance, even after being there 10 years!

    Advice to Management

    Be sure to include everyone for review of team lead positions. Just because someone has a degree doesn't mean they are better suited for a position than someone whose has been with the company for several years.

    Great work environment, supportive and helpful management team, advancement opportunities if you work for it, great pay, & great benefits

    Cons

    there is a lot of work that has to be done - which can impact morale. The local management tries to keep morale up, but the Home Office in France has requirements for the agency to save money - so pay raises, bonuses, overtime, and the budget for entertainment is reduced significantly.

    Advice to Management

    Find ways to bring the employees together and recognize their efforts. The Customer Care teams are the ones working so hard to make the customer's happy - and there is always talk that the "customer service is what separates us from our competition", but that team gets little recognition and their pay is one of the lowest pay grades in the organization.

    Supportive supervisors. Great benefits. The team try's to make you feel like a family.

    -GREAT benefits
    - Little cost out of pocket
    -In the 2 years, I was employed, we received good benefits. The last year, we received 4 weeks pay if bonus.
    -Family environment
    -Different activities going on each Month to keep up the morale and increase participation

    Cons

    -Different departments do their own thing which is not the best for overall morale
    -Custoner service reps deal with the most crap but get the least amount of respect
    -Clique environment. Managers have their favorites and coworkers have their favorites
    -Have to stay in position for 15 months before moving to another

    Advice to Management

    Make sure that you are treating everyone with the same level of fairness and attention no matter how long you've known them.
