    Great Benefits. Some departments are better at developing their people and promoting within.

    Cons

    Shady politics are always happening. Although there are openings, most of the time they're already predestined for someone.

    Advice to Management

    Stop making your employees interview for jobs you have already picked someone for. It's insulting to the current employees.

    Great benefits, good people to work with. If an hourly employee, work doesn't come home with you.

    Work-life balance is abysmal for salaried employees

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people so salaried employees aren't working 60+ hours every week. The employee turnover rate should be an alarm.

    Great work environment, supportive and helpful management team, advancement opportunities if you work for it, great pay, & great benefits

    Cons

    there is a lot of work that has to be done - which can impact morale. The local management tries to keep morale up, but the Home Office in France has requirements for the agency to save money - so pay raises, bonuses, overtime, and the budget for entertainment is reduced significantly.

    Advice to Management

    Find ways to bring the employees together and recognize their efforts. The Customer Care teams are the ones working so hard to make the customer's happy - and there is always talk that the "customer service is what separates us from our competition", but that team gets little recognition and their pay is one of the lowest pay grades in the organization.

    -GREAT benefits - Little cost out of pocket -In the 2 years, I was employed, we received good benefits. The last year, we received 4 weeks pay if bonus. -Family environment -Different activities going on each Month to keep up the morale and increase participation

    -Different departments do their own thing which is not the best for overall morale -Custoner service reps deal with the most crap but get the least amount of respect -Clique environment. Managers have their favorites and coworkers have their favorites -Have to stay in position for 15 months before moving to another

    Make sure that you are treating everyone with the same level of fairness and attention no matter how long you've known them.
