    A very solid company financially.

    Too much administrative duties for sales

    Advice to Management

    Put less emphasis on CPM input and more emphasis on helping sales people to achieve their budgetary goals.

    - Good team work
    - Interesting multi-cultural work atmosphere
    - Good benefits: vacations & medical insurance

    Cons

    - Poor management skills: managers are promoted on their knowledge of the market and the industry, which make sense. However the company NEEDS to start consider managing skills for their promotion in order to promote motivation.
    - Poor communication between managers and employees
    - High stress levels
    - Lots of non-payed over time hours
    - Salaries not competitive for the industry.

    Advice to Management

    - Focus on the management skills to promote motivation
    - Salaries need to be more competitive regarding the work load

    Interns are fully integrated into the daily activity of the company and there is plenty of opportunity for learning and growth.

    Put you in a position early on to make (or help make) market-based decisions

    Low pay for the amount of work you put in and the value some positions bring to the company
    Overly hierarchical decision making process on some teams/lines

    Move people up or over at least every 3 years. Demonstrate the value that individuals bring to the company. Reward those that put in extra time.
