good safety precautions and management. People are always willing to help one another out and boost employee moral in a tough work enviornment.

I worked at CMC Construction full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Was a great company once upon a time in the Stan Rabin and Marvin Selig days. Once these two left, the company lost it's soul.

    Cons

If you're part of the gene pool-someone's brother, nephew, son, brother or sister, the sky is the limit. If you lack a genetic connection-you're just an employee number on an SAP report.

    Advice to Management

Go back to what made the company a place were people were proud to work. Ditch the current culture and go back to the four core values that made the company great before it's decline.
