    Negative Outlook

    Pros

    - Pay is decent.
    - Office water cooler.
    - Air conditioning.
    - Parking is easy.
    - Work isn't very difficult.

Otherwise, I am having a lot of trouble thinking of good things about this place.

    Cons

    - Each developer is only given a laptop without a mouse or a second second monitor, which makes it difficult to be productive.
    - Many developers are stuck working in a hallway where there are lots of distractions that interfere with focus.
    - The professionalism of this company is not good. For example, I noticed the CEO yell once at an employee in the lounge. Also, they use high pressure tactics to convince you to take a job offer with them and then do a bad job of helping you integrate with CMCI's corporate culture.

    Advice to Management

Reduce noise level in office, and give software developers better computing equipment.

Working with the latest technology and tools.

    Cons

Personally responsible for your quality of work.
A constant challenge and need to learn new skills and processes.
Must learn to write reports and technical notes.

    Advice to Management

The company should advertise and not just rely on word of mouth.
The business could build more on product sales.
