I worked at CME Group full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

benefits, pto, former management , work from home arrangements, insurance plans

All these cannot cover obnoxious way they treated loyal people.

    Cons

    Leadership is gone
    Quality people are gone
0 investment in educated experienced loyal employees , cut cut cut expenses and move move move to India.

Stay away, it is a sinking boat, although too big to fail.

    Advice to Management

CME used to be a great place to work, to learn, to meat high quality people.

CME used to be the coolest place to work in Chicago, it was a symbol of Chicago and USA.

Very sad to see what you guys did to the company.

I worked at CME Group (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Compensation and benefits (needs to be at least 5 words and that's a stretch for pros).

    Cons

No security, extremely demanding environment, high expectations with little support, and I repeat, NO SECURITY. All they care about is profitability. Staff with tenure are treated as liabilities, can't push them out the door fast enough.

    Advice to Management

Appreciate your staff. And quit faking your way onto the 'Top (pick a number) Best Places to Work' list, any current and former staff know that's BS.
