    Pros

Very friendly people. Good work/life balance. Nice offices.

    Cons

Didn't particularly like having all support stuff on one floor. Didn't feel very integrated with the rest of the firm and can be quite noisy.

I worked at CMS Cameron McKenna full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I like the support and assistance provided between the secretaries I worked with. They are always ready to assist or give advice and information when asked and more importantly, we all shared knowledge and expertise, to the benefit of the whole team, and therefore the department.

    Cons

Bearing in mind the above statement, there are really none I can think of.

Some associates are excellent lawyers but not so great managers. They need guidance on how to effectively manage paralegals - whether that's delegation, defining tasks or providing feedback.
