Pros
1) Your always seeing new things and the scenery is nice . 2) possibilities on saving wear and tear on your personal vehicle and save money on driving to work. 3) safety orientated company 4) lots of walking and staying fit .
Cons
1) High expectations, 2) long hours for salary work 3) yearly bonus is not guaranteed even if goals reach expectations 4) little to no praisal for the hard work and long hours we put in. 5) underpaid when it comes to amount of hours put in with 0 overtime . 6) 7 days of on call 24 Hours Wednesday to Wednesday 7) little to no advancement opportunities for Assistant track supervisors unless willing to move far .8) working all stat holidays including Christmas .

Pros
Overtime everyday, work through a 35 min break you get 1hr ot. Management are 99 percent good people.
Cons
On call 24/7 until you can hold a shift, kiss weekends and holidays good bye.
