    Pros

Fair chance your paper paycheck will clear the bank on payday

    Cons

All the above negative reviews are 100% spot on.
Bankruptcy is their buisness model. Any positive reviews above are owner, owner family or friends who are 'planting' disinformative positive reviews in attempt to offset the truthful negative reviews.
Biggest con to working in their maintenance can be summed up in one word: Nisar.

    Advice to Management

    Your buisness model is bankruptcy.
Your company policy is rob and screw others.
Your practice is to keep capable talented staff turnover high and to retain unexperianced illegals.
    KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

I worked at CNC Investments full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

For the brief time I was there, they paid me well, allowing me to purchase enough wine on a daily basis to forget for a few hours how awful working for this "company" really was. The experience taught me a lot about business ethics and how to spot a crook before agreeing to work for one.

    Cons

Didn't pay vendors EVER, always wanted me to find ways to rip off residents, refused to make purchases to maintain amenities, refused requests to purchase apartment items (such as refrigerators, garbage disposals, stoves, dishwashers), were told to "hold paychecks," funds not available to cover paychecks, funneled most funds to India, no accountability by owners/upper management for major property issues and finally, if you make any suggestions on how they can improve the employment experience or your property, they "no longer need your services."

    Advice to Management

Pay your vendors, reinvest the majority of funds in your American properties rather than funneling them to India, ditch the "bankruptcy as a business model" attitude, contribute to the AMERICAN community and finally, if you can't find it within yourself to be part of the AMERICAN culture, LEAVE THE COUNTRY.

I worked at CNC Investments full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

it paid the bills, you could get a discount if you lived on one of their properties

    Cons

they never paid their bills on time, their ethics were shady. I was asked to come up with ways to charge residents when they left their apartments and we did the walk-through. upper Management was horrible

    Advice to Management

invest in your people and be honest and fair in your dealings with vendors and residents.

I worked at CNC Investments full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

nothing good about this company they do not pay their vendors i had to constantly replace vendors to get work done also there was a point where no vendors wanted to service the property because he owes every company out there!! all the money he sends it to india .employees checks get bounced for insufficient funds etc. his landscaper are in house maint cuts the lawns. HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK. you will never have supplies.and they expect you to raise rents and occupancy!!
now they changed the company name to Adara communities because the cnc name is well known.
they will always have job fairs due to no employees want to work there.. I work for about 4 years due to loyalty and because i hate looking for job!! but finally got fed up!

    Cons

    same as above nothing good

    Advice to Management

    pay your vendors!!!

    Pros

Pay was reasonable. Flexible work hours.

    Cons

Ownership is clueless. CNC purchased apartments faster than the company could put competent personnel in place. At one point, the COO had been replaced 4 times in 5 years. The properties have suffered and the majority are no longer producing cash, hence maintenance and capital improvements are lacking.

    Advice to Management

Restructure your portfolio by letting the majority of non-cashflowing properties go and concentrate on the remaining healthy properties.

    Pros

It is a very good company to work at because they care fore their employees and they give you very good benefits. The enviroment is great and the people around you always makes you feel very confortable.

    Cons

It is very hard for them to approve you vacation and you don't get many sick days. You also have to wake up extra early because you usually start work early.

    Advice to Management

you shoul try to make things more interesting and shoul take advice on how to be better every day and how to improve the company.

    Pros

Family is a priority to them. Education is important; they support continuing your education.

    Cons

Every company is going to have it's challanges, but the positive far out weighs the negatives.

    Advice to Management

Would like to see some more company functions.

    Pros

They offer competitive pay, regular shifts for hourly employees, benefits package and the option to live "on-site" for a reduced rate.

    Cons

Funds were not available to purchase necessary items to do a proper job. Funds were often not available to cover payroll and employees were told not to cash their checks.

    Advice to Management

Make paying employees and vendors a priority. Purchase new appliances, rather than take old, failing ones from unoccupied units. Americans are paying the rent; keep that income in America!
