    Pros

It's a job. If you want tons of overtime this is the place for you.

    Cons

Lost of overtime. No appreciation. They set you up for failure. They rush your training and mandatory 50+ hour work weeks almost immediately.

    Advice to Management

Give a crap about your employees.

I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V. full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

16 paid holidays one week vacation after 6 months, good insurance, some good people

    Cons

Management doesn't give a crap about you are the business, the let their leads harass people and do what every they want, they reward their pets, they lie when they don't need to,and they can't keep people to stay and they loose the good hard working ones because of all the above.

    Advice to Management

WAKE UP be part of the solution not the problem, could be a good place to work, treat employees like humans not just another number, quit worrying about your bonus and ladder climbing and trying how to figure out how to juggle numbers or blame another part of the same company

I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The money. -They make you work so many hours that your check looks pretty nice.

    Cons

A lot of the people that have been there for a while, have very low morale. You have people that have been loyal to them for years and still in the same position they started. Very little Employee Appreciation. They don't do anything for the community. HR is not really "HUMAN RESOURCES " it's more like corporate resources. And they try to manage with fear. Corporate dictates what they want without thinking about the hurdles their supervisors have to deal with. Change starts from above.

    Advice to Management

Instead of hiring all the supervisors fresh out of college, why don't you hire from within. These people already know the job. Instead of wasting money training a new supervisor that might not stay. You guys have already invested the training on us. We are also college students/ graduates that started from the bottom and hit a brick wall. If they would give their own employees a chance, maybe just maybe you will have employees morale up and change their line of thinking that this might not just be a dead-end job.

I worked at CNH Industrial N.V. (Less than a year)

    Pros

Stable employment, standard benefits, above average 401k match. They seem to have a good market share and good overseas diversity.

    Cons

WCM is a sham! The program “unintentionally” incentivizes the hiding of all past indiscretions and current short comings because management and hourly bonuses are tied to how many points the plant gains. Turnover seems high. When new managers/salary staff come in with fresh ideas, they are immediately stifled and forced to conform to the WCM advancement plan…so no new ideas can survive, only more of the same “dog and pony” show.

    Advice to Management

Upper management has drunk the WCM “Kool-Aid”, so nothing said here will make any difference. Italian priorities are what rule the day. Advice to potential employees would be to know what you are getting into. WCM, in theory, is good. But the high turnover always stifles any gains as there is a steep learning curve to WCM. In the end, you just want to get the audit (now every 5 months) over with so you can get back to producing the products! Problem is you spend 2 months preparing for the audit, the month of the audit itself, and that is every 5 months now. So, if my math is correct, that is about 7.2 months out of the year devoted to preparing for and executing the WCM audits. I guess 4.8 months is enough for everything else a manager is responsible to do? Just imagine what could be accomplished with that recouped time. I did, that is why I left!

I worked at CNH Industrial N.V. full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Flexible, depending on department and boss. Matching 401K.

    Cons

Corporate Corporate Corporate. Typical Corporate job. Depending on department, be prepared for below average management. Salary below industry standards. Company says it cares about employees and sends out tons of propaganda to make them feel they are doing something, but in the end, it is hardly any help.

    Advice to Management

Remember the people who got your work completed.
