I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V. full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great team, many opportunities to cover new areas and expand role. Excellent benefits and 401k. Company makes effort to award bonuses every year even in rough times. Good work-life balance. Proud to be at company that does manufacturing in the US.

    Cons

You learn by doing. I think this is a good thing but if you're someone who wants a lot of training ahead of time before taking on new tasks, you may not feel comfortable. Raises aren't automatic but can be obtained if you make the business/market/value case.

    Advice to Management

    Consider different review system.

Great supervisors and management. Great pay and excellent benefits. WCM working to improve work conditions and work areas. Company does care about employees.

I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V. as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

My experience was very positive. Everyone was welcoming and work was distributed evenly. I would recommend CNH to anyone looking fore a new role.

    Cons

As a contract worker my project roles are not the level I am professionally. I am a level 2 test engineer and work sometimes alongside technicians.

    Advice to Management

Please share job responsibilities with contractord and full time evenly. It is important to feel valued and committed to work at your professional level.

I worked at CNH Industrial N.V. as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

As an intern, I was given many opportunities within the company. I had multiple projects, and felt as though I actually contributed to relevant projects.

    Cons

The office was a little drab. There is a lot of grey everywhere, and cubicle life isn't the most glamorous. There also isn't a lot of "team spirit" in that there are not a lot of outside of work social activities.

    Advice to Management

Allow the interns more opportunity to collaborate. We were assigned to separate teams, and did not really get to know each other until the end of the program.

I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V. full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent benefits and competitive pay with ample opportunities to participate in educational courses.

    Cons

The last quarter of the year is always slow and layoffs have been common.

    Advice to Management

If it isn't broke don't fix it.

I have been working at CNH Industrial N.V. full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The 401K program is outstanding. Health insurance is average. Very easy to self nominate for other areas in the company.

    Cons

Company does not offer raises. The bonuses are only offered when company has a great year. So on down years the compensation isn't competitive.

    Advice to Management

Employees like to be recognized. Over working good employees without additional pay is like punishing them for being good.
