    I worked at CNI full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    I actually left there in 2008 but this only went back to 2011--so sorry!! Flexible work schedule, creative freedom with projects, mentored others, coworkers were nice, company policies seemed good, native-owned company meant you were working for a place that had good intentions, I believe.

    Cons

    Customers were unreasonable on my project, unable to advance in my career unless I moved, always felt like we would be laid off because our projects would be cancelled and the next work was not lined up so we were employed only as long as the projects existed.

    Advice to Management

    I don't know; this was a mixed bag because I liked the management's honesty and transparency. I was on another contract that laid us of with no warning, so knowing exactly what's going on can be a plus and a minus...
