More Pros and Cons

  1. "Company with good people and benefits, on-boarding experience could have been better"

I have been working at CNI full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Employees are nice and my program manager is very responsive/helpful.

    Cons

I did not have a great experience with the on-boarding process. My project was awarded to CNI after working on it for 2 years through another consulting firm so I had to switch over if I wanted to continue on my project. I had different people call me to discuss the transition but there wasn't great communication between the hiring managers. I was offered a salary that was below what I was getting at the time for the same project. There was no room for negotiation and they were too aggressive with getting a response immediately. I was dedicated to my client and the project so I transitioned over, but I have never experienced this problem at other firms.

I worked at CNI as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

My supervisor was one of the best I've ever had, and the people were great.

    Cons

Temporary workers were always pressured to meet extremely high production quotas with the promise of full time employment, which of course never happened. When the contract was renewed, all the temps were let go, as well as some of the tenured employees.
