    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

    Pros

Interesting and great variety of working themes.
Opportunity to get to know closely how EU energy policy develops and get in touch with different agents of the energy / power sector.
Good balance between work and private life.

    Cons

Lack of promotion opportunities since 2013 given government`s austerity measurements. The few promotions that took place recently were opac, not necessarily based on merits.

    Advice to Management

Human resource management should improve considerably. The institution should value the people working at it, otherwise there will be a massive escape of minds when the Spanish economy starts to demand energy experts.
