    Pros

    Lot of opportunities to move between departments. the company makes the transitions very smooth for the employees and the teams.

    Cons

    Some managers were not very organized or effective in their duties, especially when it came to discipline or poor employee performance.

    Advice to Management

    Do a better job vetting prospective candidates and delegate better!

    On-site health clinic, on-site gym & fitness classes, opportunity to move up, professional development , annual review & merits based off previously set goals and productivity expectations , wellness seminars, mentor programs

    Cons

    Communication across departments is lacking, although improving. No formal training for several roles.

    Advice to Management

    Being in meetings all day long and not having time to acknowledge your employees hurts morale.
