      Pros

      Terrific benefits package, lots of flexibility about work location because the executive team is focused on hiring the best people regardless of their location. The Executive team is progressing well to transform the company so that we find the right balance of employee experience and client experience while delivering great service and product experiences.

      Cons

      No company is without its challenges, and CO-OP continues to work through how best to allocate resources across the board; yes we need to launch the right new products, but we need to make sure we have the resources to support the execution and the on-going support of these new products.

      Best Intentions - Terrible Execution and leadership lacks a TRUE Innovative Culture

      Working remotely. People you work with are friendly, Salary and benefits were good.

      HIGH turnover, as people are not valued Leadership lacks a TRUE Innovative Culture They hire smart people and tell them what and HOW to do everything Mostly a TOP-DOWN, command and control product organization They want to scale operations and product portfolios, but lack technical knowledge and have a LOW maturity level in the integration between the Business and the Technical implementation of their NEW Service Offers.

      Pros

      Benefits, Good mean time job, easy advancement, Bonuses offered. Slow days sometimes. Overtime Pay is is your inital pay plus half of initial pay. 15+ ((15/2)=7.50)= OT: $21.50. Its alright here. You will always complain at a job so just keep that in mind.

      Cons

      High turnover rate means more calls per person sometimes, Adherence scores really matter which is a grade every month, Can't assist CU members most of the time, Management is hypocritical and sometimes not fair(SOME). But keep in mind Covid changed somethings up I heard good things about them before Covid hit. Also 2 15 min breaks and 1 30min lunch.

      Insurance and benefits. That's it.

      Cons

      Sr. Management is either clueless or does not care to improve work/life balance for a large majority of their employees. Will often have to work weeknights and weekends to keep up with the workload. In regards to workload and compensation, there is no correlation between the two. Expect to work yourself to death for below average pay, with promised "promotions" only equaling to title changes with no increase in compensation.

      Insurance although it was threw the roof.

      Management is HORRIBLE. They discriminate against people with disabilities and protected work status regardless of years of service.
