Pros
The service team is outstanding. They are truly doing the “MacGuyvering” out there, with little support for upper team! They are amazing. A/R and Dispatch are awesome too! They work with you, not against you to get the job done!!
Cons
Upper management support...i.e. ownership! The CFO also needs to be retooled, as those two people can easily derail and success! Their lack of support for the rest of the organization is resounding, and formative! It is unfortunate, as the team is there to make it successful, but the impediments are greater than the will of the masses!! Get out of the way!!!

Pros
If viewed properly, this is the best opportunity to understand what to avoid in a workplace.
Cons
The owner lies to us constantly. He promised that our customers would stop experiencing lag time for delivery of toner, parts and service. That continues to be a lie. He promised that he would stop improperly billing customers. That continues to be a lie. He promised that he would stop avoiding phone calls from disgruntled customers. That continues to be a lie. If his mouth is open and words are coming out...IT IS A LIE.

Pros
+++ Excellent service and genuine concern for employee happiness and client satisfaction +++ Patient leadership committed to training staff and working with team members to support their families with flexible schedules +++ Better than average company benefits and income +++ Staff is left to accomplish goals rather than being micromanaged +++ Commitment to and from suppliers is evident in support and pricing as compared to competitors carrying multi lines of product. Service seems to benefit as well from this dedication.
Cons
Leadership may at times be too tolerant for non-performing team members.

Pros
This is a Sales/Sevice first company! Everything Comdoc does is based on how to best serve the customer. Comdoc does not have all the red tape and minutia most sales companies have. It is a fun and exciting place to be in sales.
Cons
Comdoc is growing and needs more good people than seem to be available!
