Pros

COMPASS started off as a smaller company with a lot of heart and they recruited such people who were smart, motivated, and compassionate. I used to say that this company practiced what they preached about mental health. There might still be remnants of this company culture in some teams.

Cons

As the company grew and recruited more people who are used to more cutthroat, corporate ways of working, the company lost a lot of compassion and became a more toxic working environment. Many employees who originally brought the genuine compassionate energy have already left.

This company's mission is progressive and with good intentions.

Cons

As this company grew, it hired some people who did not come from the same values that COMPASS originally had, which led most of the best and compassionate employees to leave. Those who left were genuinely interested in the company's mission. Those who stayed were interested in climbing the corporate ladder.

The culture- everyone is genuinely kind and authentic, COMPASS supports you in so many ways through professional development and emphasis in work-life balance and personal care. The leadership team is looking out for your growth and personal development. We work as a team with each other not against each other. No micromanaging, people hold each other at a high standard and expect you deliver results but are here to help you with whatever you need/guidance. The mission of the company is incredible and everyone who works here is because they want to be here, not because "it's a job". A+++ workplace, highly recommend!!!

Cons

Honestly really hard to find cons.. I guess because it is still a smaller company, it has some aspects of "start-up" vibe...so constant changes, processes are still evolving. But, this can also be a pro, depending on your working style! It can mean you are able to contribute to larger decision making. Many people work remote in the US so if you are looking for the office culture it's not quite that ( although we have a small team that is very tight-knit and love to do activities together!)
