    CORA is a great company to work for with many clinics through out the area to choose from!

    Cons

    There really are no cons! M-F schedule, Holidays off!!

    Pay and benefits are great along with help with continuing education

    Cons

    Workload is hard sometimes and expectations for patient care while seeing 3-4 patients is unrealistic

    Pros

    They have locations everywhere. The days are Monday thru Friday. You are helping patients get better and healthier. Some clinics are a family atmosphere.

    Benefits could be better but not too bad

    Advice to Management

    None. I love my manager

    hourly rate, 40 hours are not guaranteed.

    Improve incentives program
    Consistency between clinics
    Fair pay rates, if I'm treating 4 consistently vs. 2 an hr with lesser pay rate only because I'm in a busier location.
    Listen to employees needs/improvements for clinics

    There are so many great reasons to work at CORA Physical Therapy: great team with a family feel, clinical and leadership growth opportunities, onsite and offsite mentors, compensation and benefits, residency program, tuition reimbursement, $$$ yearly CEU money, variety of type of patients, industry leader, community involvement in outreach and sports medicine.

    No downsides to share at this time.

    Pros

    Job security, Continuing EU allowance, great paid time off accumulation, documentation is done at work!!! and multiple sites within the state

    Cons

    No year end bonuses at least a gift card would be nice! 4-5 patient an hour case load, some clinics have out dated equipment

    Advice to Management

    Should consider giving year end bonus to employees, improve computer software, work on schedule flexibility for better outcome of patients, should have Christmas parties

    Co workers are like family, great work environment , good benefits & helpful upper management who are open to helpful.
    Very flexible work schedule & great trainer!

    Cons

    Insurance limitations can be frustrating at times , changes to daily tasks without consulting others. No opportunity for bonuses or incentives.

    Great benefits. Flexible hours. Coworkers are like family. Ever expanding company with room for growth.

    Cons

    Workload can be high at times, staff can feel overwhelmed. Changes made to positions without getting feedback from staff performing the duties.

    Cora has proven to be an excellent career choice. It's progressive leadership and commitment to fostering teamwork makes this a great place to work. Employees are given all the tools necessary to succeed.

    Cons

    There's a lot to be done and much is expected. It isn't a place for the lazy.
