      Pros

Work hard and get rewarded, simple concept. Compensation plan was completely changed in 2021 and it has proved to be significantly better for sales reps.

      Cons

Administrative approval challenges to get things approved, can sometimes take several days thus resulting in deals being delayed. Turnover in management has been hard but the managers that are here are good.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Used to be an enjoyable workplace

      Cons

No internal support, let go of a lot of great long time employees (sales and support), anxiously waiting to see who gets let go of each week(am I next?), lots of turnover, terrible leadership with no direction, furloughed employees who didn’t get let go, made big cuts to everything, let go of president, weekly changes in expectations (change the way they want the same data week to week), doesn’t support customers for fundraisers/events, no more golf outings for customers/trip incentives for sales reps, commission structure is poor, runs business with old fashioned model (must wear suit and tie every day), health benefits are terrible, no customer support because everyone is gone...should I go on? Do not work here or do business with them unless they make major changes!
