    Pros

Great people & very well managed. Lots of uncommon perks for a manufacturing plant. A great atmosphere and a very well run plant.

    Cons

    I can't think of any

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work. You have developed a great plant and one of the best places to work I've heard of.

I have been working at CP Kelco full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Smart colleagues
    Flexible schedule
Can do a lot or do nothing..it's really up to you

    Cons

No one wants to work together across departments
    Few opportunities for promotion
Senior management does not value new ideas in the corporate office
    Terrible benefits
    Reactive not a proactive approach

    Advice to Management

Listen to those in the details of the companies. Invest in technology and other resources that will help the business expand...you only focus on the manufacturing plants. The organization is very poorly organized - there needs to be a complete reorganization that helps departments and regions work together instead of against each other.

I have been working at CP Kelco full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

If you like a fast-paced, project-rich, collaborative, supportive working environment, then this is the place for you. If you're interested in punching the clock and consuming spoon-fed work assignments, then maybe not.

Nothing but positive to say about my CPKelco experience. Management is actually interested in developing individuals and training leaders. The process is so multi-facetted, each side of which has seemingly infinite intricacies, that no one working here should ever get bored. They are not afraid to restructure positions/responsibilities to retain talent, and are all for continued education. Executives make regular visits to the plant to provide business directives and visions, keeping everyone in the know.

    Cons

Absolutely none. If you are okay with a hard hat and steel-toed boots everyday, then you might agree.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. Having worked under several management systems, I am very impressed by your dedication to success and the professional development of your employees.
