    Great opportunity to learn a lot. Hands on experience will give you invaluable skills that will help you advance your career.

    Cons

    There is a lot of traveling to various locations in all kinds of weather. Many required overtime hours to complete jobs.

    I worked at CPA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Management was easy to get along with. They would give out snacks on Friday which was a good perk in my opinion.

    Cons

    Not a whole lot of room to move up and the pay was less than 30k which I feel needed to improve. The medical benefits were pretty expensive.

    Advice to Management

    Increase pay to keep employees around and larger bonuses for collectors doing well.
