Pros
Most people in the lower levels are competent and want to make a difference.
Cons
Literally everyone in a management position, no matter what department is terrible at communicating and will take credit for the work that others have done. Anyone not in a management position has to stay on their toes constantly for fear of being blamed for things that didn't happen or let go without warning.
