Pros
This is a very high paying Class 1 Railroad that is also eligible for railroad retirement. It is fast paced and days go by quickly.
Cons
There is not a work life balance. It is 100% about work and your performance while on property. Management is currently working 65-80 hours a week and the attitudes trickle down to all levels of the organization. If you aren't single, and unattached to the location you live, find another class 1 to work for.
