    Pros

I worked at CPR Cellphone Repair full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great sales job when theres customers. The skills learned here are very useful as well.

    Cons

Rarely anyone comes into the store. It use to be packed day and night but then all of a sudden there was maybe 5 or so people a day. Sat at a chair half the day waiting for people to get off work to get their devices repaired. It was apparently the sales teams fault, somehow.

    Advice to Management

Only one piece of advice comes to mind and its advice received from the store owner himself. "Buck up, sissy boy."

I have been working at CPR Cellphone Repair full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    very good, friendly working environment

    Cons

sometimes issues within management trickle down to the employees. And most notable is the lack of cohesiveness between store systems/owners/corporate/general managers/techs.

    Advice to Management

bring everything under one umbrella, stop having one thing here, and another there. Provide support for your stores and stop leaving store owners and techs to fend for themselves

    Pros

At the Scottsdale store, they work to develop your skills and encourage employees to create projects or undertake different advertising or marketing ideas. And they're always experimenting with different ways to improve repairs. Free lunches some days!

    Cons

Retail hours, and they pay for the lunch hour so you are expected to still answer phones and deal with customers if you're the only technician on duty. No healthcare.
