I worked at CPR Tools (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great benefits. Medical insurance is covered 100%. Dental is out of pocket but pretty reasonable and definitely worth it. You get paid weekly.

    Cons

CFO curses at employees and says if you don't like it there is the door. When given a task to do, give some instruction on how to do it properly, (God forbid you ask a question on how to handle it, you get screamed at) who would want that?
CEO is a great boss, makes the work feel enjoyable.

    Advice to Management

Make your employees feel valuable and appreciated. Know that we are all human and make mistakes no one is perfect... Expect some room for error. If your employee is doing something wrong don't just correct the mistake, let the employee know so that it does not continue to happen... Communication is a must... Speak up on how you want it done... Don't talk about your employees to other employees that is not professional...

I have been working at CPR Tools full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The work environment is laid back and time off is not an issue. All health, dental, and vision insurance is paid by the company. CEO is great.

    Cons

Would be nice to do more 'off work' activities with family and other employees. We have a company Christmas party that is very nice and more events like this would build more team spirit.
