Bonus is not performance based. Mostly luck with how your drivers do and company profits.

    Not worth working with.

Nov 30, 2022 - A Former Employee in Fayetteville, AR
    Recommend
    CEO Approval
    Business Outlook

    Pros

You get your CDL. If your single or divorced, this is a good option for you.

    Cons

The recruiting department tells half truths (AKA they lie) ALOT! As long as you are willing to live on the road for the next 20 years with no home time you have a good career. They are family owned business. The family of course doesn't seem to have a clue what a stable home environment is. The dorms for training are less inviting than army basic training. Drill sergeants where more welcoming than the empty halls. Two weeks unpaid training followed by two weeks waiting for a mentor, three weeks road training, a week of further training, get the truck, two to three weeks work. Then you can go home for two days, then you go back to work for 3 to 4 weeks.
