Benefits, cdl training, see the country: deer, antelopes, mountains, snow, ice, rain, sleet, wind that will that will try to push you over, highways, cities, more highways...

No home time, no wife, no kids (oh I am sorry some might see that as a Pro).

School was fast paced. Pay-grade looks Steep! As a trainee you'll be on salary with fairly descent paychecks. After a few weeks you'll get paid more, getting paid for trips hours and miles, the raises keep coming and pay is better than other Trucking - Schools or Companies. All of the trucks are new and Automatic (if you like that) don't have to worry about the clutch, (or double clutching,) Or what gear your in. They all have beds inside, and they are pretty nice!! Getting to see the country, getting great pay, with benefits. I'm glad I came to CR England!!!

Cons

Most of the cons, really just depends on who you are. Seems like there won't be much home time... but that's fine with me. All the trucks are New and Automatic Transmission (if you don't like that). MT driving is more fun, I ride a motorcycle and drive a Manual Transmission SUV and like driving MT sports cars as well. But other than being more Fun, there are also other benefits of Manual Transmission that pretty much, only MT drivers know about. .. IE: you won't 'worry' about which gear your in, because you KNOW you put it in second! By Taking every turn in second gear, you won't have to worry about tipping the Truck or trailer and you won't usually have to worry about drive wheels skidding in a turn... (so long as you 'Know' what your doing, that is.)

Pros

Will help you get your CDL, get to see the country if you're are OTR, not hard to get hired.

Cons

Keeps you away from your home for months, sets you up in bed bug ridden hotels, doesn't care about anything but pushing you through the process. Training is lack luster, creates unsafe drivers. Didn't even pay minimum wage.

The school recruiters are liars. Never home. Out of pocket costs. You do pay for school.

Decent pay and benefits. Friendly coworkers. There is plenty of work to go around and opportunities to travel and see different parts of the country.

Cons

A lot of time away from home with little time off. Driver managers sometimes come off as insensitive, caring more about on time deliveries and the bottom line than the well being of their drivers.
