      Cons

Decision making can be slow with a lot of "red tape" to be followed. Company expects a lot of their staff in terms of effort and committment including long hours as required. The positives however far out way the negatives.

      Advice to Management

Take the opportunities that are available.

I have been working at CRANE Energy full-time

      Pros

good benefits, good flexibility on hours, ability to work at home if necessary depending on your manager, do nice things for employees like health fairs

      Cons

executive turnover is beyond excessive, leadership can't seem to find a consistent vision and changes the strategy every six months, difficult to keep up with revolving door of higher ups. heard there used to be company parties and company picnics but all have been eliminated so there's no team building going on at all.

      Advice to Management

when you say "make it ugly" (the Crane motto), back it up. stop making every decision a team thing, trust and empower your employees

      Cons

      - Mentoring is limited - Lack of new technical software

      Advice to Management
