Not as progressive as they could be with culture and benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Improve benefits

I worked at CRAssociates full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good pay, enjoyed helping to take care for veterans. I loved caring for the veterans. It was an honor.

    Cons

Horrible benefits, 401k not matched. Better employees get treated the worse. Management does not care about employees. Only care about getting paid. No bonuses, no Christmas, nothing. Employees run the show.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. They could give you good advice that will benefit the company. the owner has no clues about the buddy system within top leadership. You have to kiss butt to earn your stay. Hire more veterans.

Pay is fair, company strives to stay within guidelines of Health care regulations

    Cons

Very old school male founded. Not supportive of staff equally. Has EEOC issues. Loses the more qualified due to favoritism..

    Advice to Management

Become more progressive, give incentives with equanimity based on merit not personality of favorite status

    Pros

An opportunity to be the difference in the healthcare provided to Veterans

    Cons

very political and clique-y upper-middle management structure; commitment to quality care is fractured by this. Company owners are not in touch with quality issues in the field.

    Advice to Management

spend some time looking at what's happening in the field
