    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at CRI Lifetree full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, overtime as needed

    Cons

Some of the most heartless people I've ever met work here, too much sucking up to the boss, it's extremely catty and cliquey, if you weren't a pretty preppy girl you were pretty much cast out, at times it seemed like care for the patient was a secondary concern

    Advice to Management

Accountability is an issue that should be addressed

I have been working at CRI Lifetree full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    -Great benefits, great staff
-Competitive pay: some complain but they pay what you are worth, some people think they are more valuable than they are
    -Autonomy
    -Input is highly valued

    Cons

-Working with young/uneducated staff, but it is the nature of the beast because you need a lot of cheap workers to educate large phase I studies

    Advice to Management

None for management. It is a really great team.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at CRI Lifetree as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The company has clear goals with each clinical trial it performs. The CRC's are very knowledgeable and are very comfortable around the test subjects. The Philadelphia site is very close to public transportation.

    Cons

The west Philadelphia campus subject dorms are very outdated and could use some renovating. The clinical trial subjects can be very pushy and out of line but that comes with the job honestly.

    Positive Outlook

I worked at CRI Lifetree full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

People that work here are amazing! It's an enjoyable place to work.

    Cons

Can be a bit overwhelming at times with the amount of studies they take on.

    Advice to Management

Try to acheive a more consistent work flow and hire people that are more dedicated to research and understand the field a bit more. Plenty people work here that do understand research well, but there are also many who don't. Overall great organization! Work for them if you get a chance.
