    Need communications to be consistent - it is important that feedback and client updates are current and accurate

    Pros

    There isn't any , would highly recommend getting an attorney if you seek employment through the company refusal of proper parking as well as pay

    Cons

    They try to not pay you for the days you have worked , poor parking space , they won't allow you to request days off , will fire you if sick more than 2 days

    Advice to Management

    Management is awful they are quick to fire you over something stupid and they lack job security . If you are looking for a company to be with for years do not apply do not even go to the interview ,

    Pros

    Enjoyed the people I worked with, encouraged to learn and do things independently. Salary was based on the ability of the telephone representative. Nice work environment.

    Cons

    Got tired of living of other peoples generosity, and dealing with hundreds of personality's each and everyday. Some people like to curse and threaten telemarketers.

    Management were very professional.

    I have been working at CRI part-time (More than a year)

    NOTHING good about this job.

    Cons

    NO raises. If you have a family this is not the job for you. They ask you if you are ok to work around Smoking and animals- if you say no they put you in a smokers house anyway. I have been placed in homes where the person was smoking next to a new born - when I told CRI about it they said that it was the persons choice to do so. YUK what an attitude to have especially when I asked NOT to be around SMOKING and Pets yet they place me in those situations over and over.

    Advice to Management

    Stop hiding consumers that refuse to follow their service plans. Have consideration for PCAs.
