I worked at CROSSMARK part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work the hours you want, great supervisor, different projects every week along with normal weekly surveys.

    Cons

Part-time positions can be very part-time (7 hours a week at times).

    Advice to Management

Offer more full-time positions and hire less people and you should have a lower turn over rate.

I have been working at CROSSMARK part-time

    Pros

Decent starting pay for little minimum experience. Hours are respectable and flexible in must cases. Store managers are nice and help you with any questions and genuinely try and make up for upper management.

    Cons

No motivation to work hard. You make the same when you start as when you've been there for two years, seeming regardless of if you actually apply yourself.

Serious dysfunction in upper management throughout the company is evident, with middle managers near perpetually overloaded with work. Random nonsensical policies are often implemented then repealed every few months.
