    Pros

paid twice a week, and if that is not enough, they give you an advance. 401 k , dollar for dollar match. vacation, hometime. getting paid to train and to see the country. new technology, newer trucks.

    Cons

with every job your going to have cons. but they are fixable. our dispatcher seems to be confused at times, but we need to understand that we are not the only drivers out there. thus far, the longest we have waited for a load is 1 day. you have to plan your hometime like you throw a football to a moving reciever. ex: if you want to be home by the 15th, then request the 13th or 14th.

    Advice to Management

dont worry about all these neg. comments. all companys will have employees that want you to make them their bottle, shake it and then feed it to them. oh, and occasionally burp them too. your job is as challenging as any cordinated job. you cant make everyone happy. but those of us that are here to work, and stay working understand that it takes a team effort to get the job done. i'm looking forward to establishing a long relationship with crst. you have to take the good with the bad.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Hire more people, put more placard holders on the trls.

    Pros

helps you get your cdl, explore and driving through different states, completed my 10 month contract

    Cons

Pay is really low at first, the home time was not always guaranteed I missed my daughters birthday and graduation arrived home a week late

    Advice to Management

Clint morning was my dispatcher he's a great dispatch/driver manager he would always keep the truck running good miles all the time also keenan as well, Joseph Jones is a great lead driver he will tell you and teach you everything you need to know about trucking, my only advice to management is that pay and hometown should both be better most dispatchers there help you out any way they can would love to go work again for dedicated but pay should be better in my opinion
