I worked at CRST International full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Excellent pay, good home time, brand new truck, great driver managers, everbody in shops and road emergency very nice and very helpfull. First company i work for that talks the talk and walks the walk. I wished i could stay but i was needed at home and had to get a local job and come home every night.

    Cons

They like hard working, responsible courteous drivers and if you are not well, you are not going to make it here or anywhere

    Advice to Management

There is no perfect company but for what I saw i couldn't think of anything they could do better the rest is up to the drivers and how the team up together when they are over the road

I have been working at CRST International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits package is good. Employee discounts on cell phones and the like. Pay is about average with most other companies, but the expectation of work is a bit higher.

    Cons

Management could use some tweaking. Often time the grunts are more in tune with the needs of the company than the seniors are. Corporate takeover of smaller companies forces them into an archaic mainframe server system that was designed in 1972.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time getting to know your employees and putting them in positions of power and authority rather than shuttling someone with no experience in the business to run a department.
