I have been working at CRT Capital Holdings full-time

    Pros

5 years ago the firm had a capital injection and was poised to do great things. There was significant investment made in building out the fixed income business.

    Cons

An extremely poor board and senior management caused the firm to lose almost all of its capital. The company is now winding down and has exited most of its businesses. Communication with employees since Ted Janulis became CEO is almost nonexistent.

    Advice to Management

Learn the difference between revenue and profit.
