Bad place for Minorities!

Pros

Nothing good enough to write here sadly!

Cons

So far one of the worst companies I've been with. Too much workload for too little pay. Specially if you're a minority. They'll try to give you the same runs on "On Demand" for almost 30% less pay than the other drivers! Plus on "Distribution" routes you'll make way less money per stop than them! The dispatch will always find a way to blame YOU / hold YOU accountable for all the mistakes made, even the ones they've messed up on. Will secretly start taking money off of your paycheck, you always gotta keep an eye on your earnings. Most of the people in the office are either related to each other or husband-wife teams.. No minority representation in the office either.

A Bad Short-Term Job, Not A Career

Pros

Occasional ability to earn good income on high-paying orders (at the expense of your vehicle)

Cons

- Zero commitment to employees (you will never get a raise, ever... if you give this company 30 years of your time and hard work, you could end up having a bad week and making less than you did today) - 100% commish based (unlike sales you have no control over commissions and rely on dispatchers for orders) - Drive your own vehicle (you will rack up near 70k miles per year and all expenses are on you, if a major fix is needed you will be out of work and the company will toss you aside until you provide a new vehicle) - Regularly sit, unpaid, in vehicle with no work waiting for orders (the company does not count time in vehicle between orders as hours worked) - No guarantees of minimum pay and weekly income can vary greatly - If you give full time availability at 40 hours/week and have a bad week of commission the company will place the blame on you, so if you don't make yourself available for work 24/7 and ever turn down an order because you have a life, this will be the excuse management uses for you not making money, not the company's failure to supply you with orders throughout the day while they waste your time as you sit in parking lots Eventually your car will give out and you likely will have been living paycheck to paycheck unless you give the company well over 40 hours/week. Once you do the math on what you make versus what you stick back into your car, you are better off taking an entry level job at WalMart or the like and working your way up through raises and promotions. You could ruin your vehicle and end up in a worse position than where you started before accepting this job.
