small small project contracts will make your life completely unstable
Advice to Management
Kindly focus on your key employees & promote them to retain with you. Timely promotion or salary hikes can lure them to stay but unfortunately none of this is being focused currently except acquisitions or migrations. I would strongly ask CSC management to focus on there employees else you will lose your true dignity.
Pays your salary
1. Management doesn't care about employees, cares only about stock price.
2. It is a kind of shrinking ship, tries to show revenue by cost cutting. Brand is only outside, will no longer lost than 5 years.
3. Management always thinks about cost cutting. In cost cutting process CSC removed all good/worth resources with medium or highly paid in management team, removed little policies employee has like for example earned vacation policy.
4. All offshore employees are bought to onsite as bonded labors for 10000 dollars for 3 years signed in India.
Advice to Management
I hope CSC top management don't see whats happening in ground level, i request to address the issues employees are facing. Remove all scrap managers, try to generate new revenue.

There are plenty of opportunities for advancement
Many employees have the opportunity to work remotely
Work-life balance is poor. Plan to be contacted on vacation; many employees have to work holidays.
The number of employees has been reduced to a point which affects our ability to deliver superior service to our clients.
Poor execution of new policies. Minimal communication, lacking follow-up analysis to confirm policy is beneficial.
