I worked at CSC (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Learning different skills since there are no staff members available to perform the work. Pay is within acceptable range if you like working 7- plus hours.

    Cons

If you are assigned over-sea you will not have health insurance and they will not pay all your expenses leaving you to find your own way. Finding someone to assist or resolve issues takes months since everyone is leaving the company.

    Advice to Management

Review data and talk to the staff before you perform actions. In the case I am speaking about I saved 1 million on Tuesday for the account and the next day get killed because of an expense report error. Look at the value the staff brings and talk to them before you act.. Also if Mike L. the CEO stands in front of 3000 people and states the company will not be sold or split and within 30 days they announce it makes him look like his value/leadership and trust is not there to lead a company. Right now CSC is breaking contracts deliverable and buying new companies vs meeting contract items (i.e. refreshing equipment per contract)
