    Salary is not bad compared to others

    Cons

    1. No raises for employees and only executives (I've seen that on a number of reviews)
    2. The place pushes people with extra hours and little to no additional compensation
    3. They can't keep their accounting down properly.
    4. Very little to instill loyalty
    5. HR HelpDesk is a freakn' run-around. Nobody knows and blames others for not responding.

    Advice to Management

    Raises! Stop paying executives for what the employees are doing to promote the company.

    Management allows for independent work

    Cons

    Horrible work environment, constant fear of layoff. To much expected for role. CEO only cares of money, doesn't care about clients or employees

    remote work environment, average salary

    long hours, no value to employees, no work life balance, management doesn't care about employees, terrible benefits (health, vacation), no promotions despite great review

    treat people with respect and as people not machines, train managers to manage people
