    Pros

I dont have anything positive to say about my work experience with this company. And I mean absolutely nothing. NOTHING!!!

    Cons

If you are not a WHITE employee you can forget a promotion, raise or respect in this place. If you voice an opinion about the obvious issue's your ostracized and blackballed. They work you to death for little pay. There is no work life balance at all. You work overtime with no overtime pay. And reporting it does nothing for you. They will always take management side. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. You are so much better than this company. BEWARE.!!!

    Advice to Management

Stop being prejudice. Listen to your employees. Pay them what they are worth. We are employee's but most of all human beings.

    Pros

Great people, changing technologies, many full time telecommuters.

    Cons

Employees are not rewarded. Revolving door of employees during recent years while company was transforming and then merging with HPES. Many years there were no merit increases or cost of living increases for North America employees.

    Advice to Management

Reward employees for hard work and loyalty who have stayed with the company through hard times.

    Pros

Great people in the organization, excluding the Sales team, despite all the layoffs. My manager was excellent, always shielding us from questionable and constantly changing management directives.

    Cons

Went through countless rounds of layoffs over 13 years (and various positions) before I got my turn. They were always looming, and it created a dismal work environment. They would rarely invest in technology solutions, preferring to overload remaining employees to be the glue between disparate systems. I've heard they are continuing to thin the heard in the US, continuing to push for outsourcing to cut expenses. Short sighted moves that likely won't pay off.

    Advice to Management

Improve the culture, stop all the layoffs and pay your staff market wages.

I worked at CSC full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Honestly, I can't think of any, All that was good about the company they've done away with starting in about 2008. They've offshored tens of thousands of American jobs.

    Cons

Understaffed and underpaid. The expectation is that you do the work of 2-3 people and work 60+ hours a week. The benefits are terrible, and you get few if any raises.

    Advice to Management

Learn that you get what you pay for. I ran a technical team of 10 and my offshore resources caused multiple production outages via simple and preventable human error. You off shored tens of thousands of American jobs and customer service and technical expertise when out the door as you replaced them with cheaper much less experienced workers. That is NOT a wholesale indictment of my off shore peers, there were some sharp guys and gals.
