I have been working at CSC full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The fact that many, if not most, of the employees in my area work remote, cuts down on many of the negative aspects of working in a corporate environment.

    Cons

The company has struggled in recent years and is continuing to make significant transitions to better position itself. While these efforts are seemingly working, the unfortunate side-effect has been that the employees are dealing with a great deal of continued uncertainty.

    I worked at CSC full-time

    Pros

Exposure to a large industry, processes, etc.

    Cons

Open plan environment, minimum flexibility, no bonus, no raises, no respect for vacation / schedule time off. Work-life balance is not there, no OT. Ongoing change/transformation, RIF's it about the dollar 'making a certain quota' and if it means double/triple the workload for others in the process... Constant changes in policies, type of applications utilize with next to no training.

    Advice to Management

    revisit your CLEAR values
